Pertemps Swindon is currently looking for a Trainee Setter with a passion for mechanical repair and who wants to start a career within engineering. No previous experience needed; however, willingness to learn is a must. You will be working as part of the press shop team. This is a permanent position.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00-16:00 (30 min unpaid lunch break and 2x10 min paid breaks)
- Friday: 07:00-12:15 (10 min paid break)
Salary: £24,761 per year
Main duties:
- Help to organise day-to-day running of a press shop
- Maintaining continuous flow of the assembly areas
- Filling out relevant paperwork
- Booking materials into correct locations
- Adhere to and support health and safety procedures
