What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage the financial and contractual elements of multiple live projects — ensuring commercial success from tender through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documentation and cost plans
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
- Manage variations, change control, and final accounts
- Work closely with site teams to ensure project profitability
- Provide accurate monthly reporting and forecasting
- Ensure all work complies with JCT contract terms
About You
You’ll be a detail-oriented, proactive Quantity Surveyor who brings:
- Experience working on fit-out, drylining, or high-rise residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and QS principles
- Proven track record of managing multiple live packages
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
