Our clients have been providing a range of consultancy services covering all types of domestic and commercial construction projects.

Day to Day
- Preparing cost estimates and plans.
- Preparing BOQs, schedules of work, price lists, activity schedules.
- Measuring in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
- Liaising and coordinating with in-house surveyors and externally with design team members.
- Attending design team and client liaison meetings.
- Carrying out post contract duties during onsite construction works.
- Monthly valuations, assessing variations, cost reporting, agreement of final accounts.
Experience
- Degree educated Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years PQS experience.
- A strong track record of delivering quantity surveying services across a range of projects.
- Experienced in different forms of Contract including SMM7 and NRM2.
- Strong Communication, Project Management, Maths, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving Skills.
- UK Driving Licence, access to vehicle, and ability to travel to site when required.
