Talent Curve are currently recruiting for Site Engineers for a Civils Contractor with over 20 years experience in the industry. They have exciting groundworks projects in Fermanagh lasting at least 18 months. There is a real opportunity for progression into senior roles. The role: As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out, surveying, and overseeing the successful delivery of groundworks and civil engineering works. You will work closely with the project team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works using total stations and GPS equipment
- Ensuring work is completed to design specifications and industry standards
- Assisting with quality control and health & safety compliance
- Working with the site management team to coordinate subcontractors and labour
- Producing reports, method statements, and risk assessments as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying equipment (GPS, total station)
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
