About the Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our existing customers get the most out of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with current clients via outbound calls, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience by recommending additional products or services tailored to their needs. This is a fast-paced role where you will proactively reach out to customers who may not be expecting your call, explain relevant solutions, and deliver a seamless, one-call resolution whenever possible. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload, updating internal databases, and working closely with various teams across the business.
