A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated database administrator / Sales Order Processor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment while working alongside an experienced Account Manager.

About the Role: Working as part of a close-knit sales team, you'll provide vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling telephone and email customer inquiries professionally
  • Coordinating with courier services to resolve delivery issues
  • Managing product returns process
  • Generating purchase orders for suppliers

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience (sales experience not essential)
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods

This role would suit someone with a customer service background or who has previous administration experience, and who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will join a company that values exceptional service and team collaboration.

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Holiday - 28 Days (including bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)

Salary - £26,000-£28,000 per annum
