About the Role
As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production lines under limited supervision, following established plans to meet targets
- Cross-train across various equipment to maximise manufacturing team flexibility
- Work throughout the factory as needed to support daily operations
- Follow Work Instructions precisely to ensure safe operations and quality standards
- Maintain excellent workplace organisation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve key production goals
- Ensure manufactured products meet customer expectations
- Promptly escalate any quality issues that arise
- Achieve established quality targets and on-time delivery objectives
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 6am - 12pm

- Previous experience in a production environment (CNC or joinery experience preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
