Your day to day
- Conduct regular patrols of the store, both inside and outside to ensure the safety and security
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies or alarms and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents and any security-related issues
About you
- Previous security officer experience
- SIA Licence
- Strong observational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology
