About the role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join our dynamic team at our supported living services in Ipswich. In this fulfilling role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our customers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting independence through personal care assistance
- Supporting mobility and helping customers navigate their environment safely
- Encouraging and assisting customers in completing daily tasks and responsibilities
- Providing support with household tasks and managing paperwork
About you:
We are looking for individuals who possess empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills to build trust with our customers.
