Hours: Approx. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible)

Salary: £35-45k

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Development
    • Bring Ideas to Life – Design stunning, user-first web experiences that align with client visions and brand identities.
    • Master Webflow – Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites with animations, interactions, and structured CMS setups.
    • Prototype with Precision – Use Figma to create interactive prototypes that make ideas tangible before they go live.
    • Optimise for Performance – Ensure every site is built with speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices in mind.
  • Collaboration & Client Interaction
    • Present with Confidence – Explain design concepts and Webflow builds to clients in a way that excites and reassures them.
    • Work as a Team – Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver flawless projects.
    • Meet Deadlines, Exceed Expectations – Stay on track and deliver amazing results on time and within scope.

What We’re Looking For...

  • Essential Skills & Experience
    • 2-3+ years of web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, user-centric designs.
    • Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems.
    • Deep Webflow expertise, from CMS setup to animations and performance optimisation.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite & design tools.
    • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (a plus, but not required!).
