We are seeking an Operational Data & Reporting Manager to support learning and skills programmes by managing data analysis, compliance, and reporting. The Role
As an Operational Data & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing data integrity, compliance with funding rules, and reporting across various learning and skills programmes, including apprenticeships and adult education. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance data processes and ensure accurate performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data capture, analysis, and reporting for all learning and skills programmes.
- Produce monthly performance reports and dashboards using internal CRM and data systems.
- Ensure compliance with Department for Education funding rules and contract requirements.
- Provide specialist expertise in monitoring CRM systems and ILR submissions.
- Support directors and heads of departments with financial forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Provide training and support to ensure accurate and compliant data submissions.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced data and reporting professional with a strong background in education and skills funding. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing ILR data and education reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of learning, skills, and education funding rules.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using CRM systems (PICS, OneFile preferred).
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
