Corporate Associate Director. My client is a Independant funder focused on lending, they are well capitalised and it is an exciting time for the business as it scales up. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and to be involved in the growth that is planned over the years. We have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Associate Business Development Manager. As an Associate BDM, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Managers with their new lending opportunities by conducting the credit analysis, preparing and writing the credit papers to submit for credit committee, whilst ensuring that they meet the Lenders credit policy and contain all information required. You will also proactively act as a key point of contact to all stakeholders involved, keeping them up to date and requesting more information if required. You may from time to time be expected to support the BDMs on their introducer or client meetings. This role is suitable for someone who is highly motivated, ambitious, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in Property Finance lending into the commercial and corporate market. As you will be heavily involved in the structuring of the deal, excellent credit analysis skills are required. This is a great role where you will work amongst a fantastic team, learning and developing with the opportunity to progress further within the business in either a Credit or Sales role dependent on what you want. The role requires hybrid working from one of their offices. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience within Structured Finance (Commercial or Corporate) Strong credit analysis skills with ability to understand numbers Banking background ideal but not essential Strong relationship management skills Strong commercial awareness and good technical knowledge of funding Good report writing skills Good communication skills Team player, hard-working and ambitious individual who wants to progress Experience working with nCino is advantageous Why Should You Apply?
