At Aspirare, we’re on the lookout for a talented Electrician to join our team, working across multiple sites throughout the Glasgow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance at various commercial locations. This is a 3-month temp-to-perm position, offering excellent long-term career prospects for the right individual.
Electrician’s Benefits:

- Stable working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (39 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Install, rewire, and maintain power and lighting systems across multiple sites.
- Conduct periodic inspections and testing to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Carry out repairs and ongoing maintenance on a variety of commercial properties.
- Work with containment systems, distribution boards, and data cabling to ensure safe and reliable electrical installations.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition certification.
- More than 5 years of experience post-apprenticeship.
- ECS Health and Safety Card.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
- PASMA and IPAF certifications are desirable.
- City & Guilds 2391 – Periodic Inspection & Testing certification (desirable).
