An exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join a leading name in the beauty and grooming industry! We are looking for a Salon Account Manager to manage and develop key relationships with hairdressing salons and barber shops across the Northwest.

Location: Field Based (Postcodes: AL, HW, NW, SW, TW, UB, SL, W, W1, WC, UB, WD, HP, LE & WE)

About Your Role: As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with salon and barber shop clients. Your role will involve not only maintaining existing accounts but also identifying and onboarding new customers to expand the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Introduce and promote new products and sales promotions to clients.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the effective use of products.
  • Support customers in growing their business by offering tailored solutions and business development tools.
  • Distribute advertising and promotional materials, ensuring they are presented in the best possible way.
  • Facilitate customer participation in events and meetings.
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty through regular visits, prompt fulfilment of orders, and efficient resolution of any issues.
  • Handle various administrative tasks including processing orders, submitting reports, and maintaining an effective journey plan.
  • Keep management informed about competitor activities and market trends.

What Do I Need?

  • A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
  • Residency in or within close proximity to the territory.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with good time management.
