Are you a Corporate Receptionist with experience within a Professional Service environment? Are you available immediately and able to commit to a 5-month contract (possibility of going perm)? My client, a highly prestigious law firm, are urgently seeking a receptionist for an interim cover role.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday between the hours of 7.30am-6pm; your shift will be scheduled on a weekly basis. The shifts are 7 hours long.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and be used to delivering a 5* service to all clients. You will form part of a team of four and be very adaptable in your approach. Presentation and supreme communication skills are imperative here as well as a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally have used online booking systems.

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting of all visitors to this corporate office, ensuring the highest standards of welcome and service
  • Booking and controlling the use of meeting rooms and checking tidiness before use
  • Preparing reprographic requests prior to meetings
  • Liaising with porters/facilities teams to ensure that all audio equipment is provided
  • Arranging swearing in of oaths for solicitors
  • Liaise with catering staff to book refreshments and lunches
  • All other ad hoc support as and when required

Experience needed:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within professional services
  • Immaculate speech and presentation
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Proactive and hands-on in approach
