Active Personnel are currently seeking skilled Production Assembly Operatives to join a leading trailer manufacturing company based in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable and growing business. This is an immediate start position for the successful candidate and will be a 12 week temporary β permanent role. Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM β 4:30 PM * Friday β OFF, however can be worked at an enhanced rate after completion of training. Pay Rate: * Β£12.21 β Β£13.21 Per Hour The Role As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the production team, using hand and power tools to assemble trailers. Your responsibilities will include: * Assembling trailers and fitting parts such as doors, curtains, flooring, and roofs. * Following detailed instructions to ensure all assemblies meet the required specifications. * Using hand, air and power tools in order to drill, assemble and fix. * Building trailers, such as box vans and curtain siders. * Working with harnesses and cranes (full training will be provided). * Upholding high standards of workmanship and quality. * Adhering to all Health & Safety requirements. Key Requirements * Experience using hand, air and power tools. * Pre induction will be required, which will entail a short video and a Questionnaire. * Reliability is essential in order to secure a permanent position. * Strong attention to detail and technical ability. * Commitment to quality and precision.
