Are you an experienced Diary Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the CEO of a dynamic business. This is a critical role where you’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless diary management and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Real-time diary management – scheduling, updating, and coordinating meetings
- Managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating effectively with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accuracy in all scheduling and meeting preparations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Diary management experience, including meeting coordination and preparation
