About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to:

  • Retain and grow client relationships.
  • Spot new opportunities in the education sector.
  • Showcase and sell our cutting-edge software and services.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent SBS.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility of home working, with travel to London and client sites when needed.

About You

You’re a people person - confident, calm, and resilient. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and excel at building long-term relationships. Ideally, you bring:

  • Experience in account management or consultative sales.
  • A knack for hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets.
  • Understanding of the education/school finance sector or a hunger to learn quickly.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client retention.

What We Offer

Salary: £28-30k + uncapped commission (your ambition sets the limit!).

Benefits: including pension, healthcare schemes, 28 days annual leave which increases with service to a maximum of 33 days annual leave (excludes Bank holidays).
