Exciting opportunity for an Electrical Associate Director in the West Midlands. Working for a pioneering national business who bring projects to life with their vision for innovative design solutions within building services. A very exciting team to be a part of and have a brilliant reputation.

You will be responsible for:
- Develop and present new design proposals / work winning
- Prepare bids
- Monitoring design targets
- Providing design advice at a strategic level
- Financial and budget control
- Providing strategy for the future
- Supporting the Technical Director
- Mentor, lead, coach and train team members where necessary
