From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer journey during the length of a customer’s agreement.
Role responsibilities:- Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within their bespoke administration system.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and services in asset finance.
- Provide support to customers regarding future and past transactions on their agreement.
- Responsible for the correct collection of customer payments.
- Manage any incoming payments to customer accounts and administer customer refunds.
- Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous administration experience within the financial services industry would be beneficial.
