Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading client on the South Coast. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 5-10 years experience, primarily from a client-side background (not main contractor).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage residential projects (houses and flats), covering circa 70-80% of the role. The remainder will be commercial projects including offices, retail, PBSA, hospitality etc.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Act as Employer’s Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts.
- Administer various JCT contracts (both traditional and D&B).
- Handle contract administration effectively, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in project management.
- Strong background in residential projects (70-80% of role).
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between £1m - £30m.
- Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and experience as an Employer’s Agent.
- Ideally MCIOB or MRICS qualified (not essential).
- Excellent contract administration skills.
