Some of the key Estate Administrator duties:

  • Be the welcoming face of the office, managing reception duties and ensuring clear communication both internally and externally.
  • Organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior staff and prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records on management software, ensuring compliance and up-to-date data.
  • Prepare sales and letting particulars for the estate.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Keep HR records up to date, ensuring contracts, training, and compliance documents are maintained.
  • Support with projects to help convert a paper filing system to electronic.
  • Coordinate tenancy reviews, informing relevant people and arranging appointments.
  • Liaising with approved contractors.
  • Provide general admin support including typing, printing letters, and preparing minutes for meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • A proactive individual with a keen interest in streamlining and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and approachable manner.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

This will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:15pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, earning a salary of £28,000.
