Some of the key Estate Administrator duties:
- Be the welcoming face of the office, managing reception duties and ensuring clear communication both internally and externally.
- Organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior staff and prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records on management software, ensuring compliance and up-to-date data.
- Prepare sales and letting particulars for the estate.
- Manage office supplies and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep HR records up to date, ensuring contracts, training, and compliance documents are maintained.
- Support with projects to help convert a paper filing system to electronic.
- Coordinate tenancy reviews, informing relevant people and arranging appointments.
- Liaising with approved contractors.
- Provide general admin support including typing, printing letters, and preparing minutes for meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Previous administration experience is essential.
