We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Manager to lead the development of a partner ecosystem for a leading SaaS company specializing in Business Process Management (BPM) and automation solutions. This is a critical role where you will build the partner ecosystem from the ground up, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and managing product-specific partners to drive growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard key partners that align with the company’s product and go-to-market strategy.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring mutual success and collaboration on joint opportunities.
- Enablement & Training: Develop and manage partner enablement programs, including training on product offerings, go-to-market strategies, and sales processes.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to drive partner-sourced opportunities and facilitate co-selling efforts to meet revenue goals.
- Product Alignment: Understand the company’s solutions to identify partners whose products can enhance or complement the core offerings, driving greater value for customers.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure partner performance, manage partner pipelines, and ensure continued growth and development within the ecosystem.

Qualifications:
