I am currently looking for a detailed Document Controller with Data Entry experience. The position requires somebody who can efficiently manage document control processes and data collection/entry whilst providing admin support to the operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all product and quality documentation, including work orders, technical drawings, quality cost records and standard operating procedures.
- Implement and maintain a robust document control system to ensure all documents are kept up to date whilst complying to company and industry standards.
- Track and manage the distribution of manufacturing documents.
Skills Required:
- Proven background as a Document Controller.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organisational skills.
