Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to support with the daily functions of the business. Hours of work would be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week. The role will cover all aspects of the Administration department and will include the following duties & responsibilities:
- General office duties
- Printing daily/weekly reports, distributing to relevant team members
- Scanning & Filing
- Booking in deliveries
- Answering phones
- Creating customer documents
- Involvement in auditing documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- The candidate must have a sound administrative background
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Good IT & administrative skills
- Own transport needed due to the location of the company
