A highly successful and expanding consultancy has a new vacancy for a Residential and Commercial Valuer to join its expanding team in Stratford upon Avon. Working closely with a wide range of clients you will provide professional valuation and consultancy advice on a range of commercial and residential properties & land.
The Role
- Support the professional services team providing valuation and consultancy advice.
- Work closely with Senior Partners with due diligence, strategic property advice.
- Provide property strategy, valuation reports and advice.
- Preparation of development viability assessments.
- Support a variety of professional areas including lease advisory work.
- Engagement of key and specialist professionals for clients.
- Assist and help to deliver improved procedures and business performance.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
The Person
- Registered Valuer.
- MRICS (preferable) with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience.
- Commercial and loan security valuation experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base.
- Have good landlord and tenant law understanding.
- Be able to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of consultants and service providers.
