Site manager required to work on a 7m new build school extension near Spalding under a site based Project manager. The project has 8 months left to go and will include managing all the internals on the new block and demolition of existing buildings.

You will require:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • A recent DBS certificate as the school is live

The contractor is tier 1, so good I.T skills will be required. CIS is accepted and the rate is £300/£320 per day. The role starts on 31st March 2025 and an interview will be required.
