Collaborate with other members of the school community, including parents and external professionals, to ensure effective support for students.Requirements: Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent). Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting. Knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of different learning styles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents. Empathy and patience in working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
