As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with a variety of needs, including daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and community engagement. You will work closely with service users to promote their well-being, independence, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in accessing community services and participating in social activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
