We are working alongside an award-winning organisation based in Co Down to recruit for a Pre-Contracts Administrator to join their team. This is a new role and permanent. This would be an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop new skills.
The Pre-Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders and bids.
- Ensuring that all pre-contract documentation is submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tender and pre-contract activity, ensuring data is easily accessible for future reference.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports related to pre-contract activities, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Maintaining and organising all pre-contract documentation, including correspondence, tender documentation, contract terms, and specifications.
- Review Procurement Portals for potential opportunities and updates on existing opportunities.
- Maintain database of supporting documents for all bids.
- Keep company accreditations and other registration documents up to date.
- Ensure policies, insurances and risk assessments required for bid submissions are updated, signed and reviewed as required.
What you will need to have for the Pre-Contracts Administrator:
- 1 years experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in a construction or project administration role, particularly in the pre-contract phase, is desirable but not essential.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external parties.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
