This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager who is passionate about great food, strong leadership, and delivering an excellent dining experience in an educational setting.

The RoleAs Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy secondary school kitchen. You\’ll lead an on-site team, including another chef in the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are maintained. With full control over menu planning, compliance, stock management, and team development, this role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and support.

About You

Proven experience in a similar Chef Manager or Head Chef role

At least 3 years\’ hands‐on culinary experience and 2 years of team/financial management

Confident with menu planning, budget control, and compliance standards

Food Safety Level 3 (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

A genuine passion for food, service, and leading a team
