Key Responsibilities:
- Support Golf Academy Manager, lead and mentor a team of golf professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive coaching programs for members and guests of all skill levels.
- Manage day-to-day golf operations including scheduling, equipment inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and membership development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- PGA membership with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
