What will you get up to?
- Operating the bars throughout the site
- Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted into profit through tight stock control
- Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development
- Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days
- Work within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required.
- Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.
