Our client is one of the leading Estate Agents in the A52 area of Nottingham and they have a rare opportunity to join their expanding team. If you have recent and successful experience of working as a Sales Negotiator within Estate Agency then this might be the right opportunity for you.
Working within a small but busy office, much of your role will be dealing with the general public so you will need to have the confidence to deal with all enquiries in a helpful, confident manner. A full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as you will be required to assist with viewings and inspections.
Full time and part time hours available. You will have the option to work 4 or 5 full days during the week and half a day on a Saturday. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm on a rota basis (every other week).
Salary is minimum wage plus a very attractive commission and bonus structure.
Key Duties:- Dealing with general queries over the phone, email & in the office
- Booking in valuations & viewings
- Accompanied viewings (predominantly on Saturdays)
- Contributing to marketing events and window displays
- Financial services & mortgage referrals
- Liaising with the rest of the office team to follow up on leads and generate more income
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have at least one year previous experience in the property industry, ideally within sales. You will have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure as no two days are the same. Strong IT skills, strong communication skills, and experience of using a CRM system are also essential. (Training will be provided on the in-house system).
