This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Community Manager, based at our new site in Stevenage.
We are looking for a strong and vibrant leader to lead the onsite teams, ensuring excellence across all departments including Customer Service, Facilities Management, Health & Safety and Leasing. You will be responsible for managing the residential operating budget and ensuring our team delivers a world-class customer experience throughout all touchpoints. You will work closely with the Regional Head of Operations to deliver business process improvements and build internal standard operating procedures for the site. You will be responsible for mobilising this site alongside our central mobilisation team and be pivotal in recruiting cross-functional operational teams to ensure the smooth running of the buildings once operational.

- Have experience within BTR, property sector, hospitality or leisure industries at a manager level.
