As a Leisure Assistant you will support the Spa & Leisure Club Manager to ensure the smooth running of the health club. The role will involve a range of duties including carrying out pool checks and cleanliness of the facilities, checking guests into the leisure facilities and spa, keeping accurate membership records and maximising sales opportunities wherever possible. Please note this opportunity is for 32 hours per week. Ensuring health and safety requirements are met at all times for the safety of both members and staff will also be very important in this role.
What we look for from a Leisure Assistant:
- Someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills and has previous experience in a leisure based role
- Pool Plant operator knowledge is desirable but not essential as a training qualification will be provided
