Are you passionate about health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guests? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our leisure facilities.
About Us: Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with the use of leisure facilities, including fitness centres, swimming pools and tennis courts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of leisure facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with organizing and promoting leisure activities and events for guests, such as fitness classes, tournaments, and wellness programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote leisure facilities and services.
- Complete reception administration duties in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the training, motivation and coaching of the leisure assistants.
- Be the first point of support or escalation for queries and issues from guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leisure, hospitality, or fitness environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
