Due to a growing workload, we are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at Assistant QS level to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects.
About the Role:
- You will be working on a diverse range of projects, including:
- Groundworks and civils (experience preferred but not essential)
- Building maintenance and refurbishment
- Commercial projects for water utilities, local authorities, and organisations such as the Canal and River Trust and the Environment Agency
- New housing developments (an area of recent growth for us)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in quantity surveying or estimating, ideally within construction, groundworks, or civils
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage costs, contracts, and budgets effectively
- A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
