Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Due to a growing workload, we are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at Assistant QS level to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects.

About the Role:

  • You will be working on a diverse range of projects, including:
  • Groundworks and civils (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Building maintenance and refurbishment
  • Commercial projects for water utilities, local authorities, and organisations such as the Canal and River Trust and the Environment Agency
  • New housing developments (an area of recent growth for us)

  • Experience in quantity surveying or estimating, ideally within construction, groundworks, or civils
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage costs, contracts, and budgets effectively
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
