About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, and leading a talented team of chefs.
The role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to step up and take on a leadership role or a Head Chef looking to continue their career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and execute daily menus, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operation and cost control.
- Maintain excellent health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Train and develop kitchen staff.
About You:
- Previous experience in a senior kitchen role, ideally with a background in Italian cuisine would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in banqueting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Package:
Competitive salary: £58-65k per annum plus service charge.
