Pin Point Recruitment are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy team in Colchester. Pin Point Recruitment has been established since 1998 and now cover 7 offices Nationwide. We provide temporary, permanent recruitment solutions to some of the country’s leading brands in food, warehouse distribution, e-commerce and automotive industries.
As an Account Manager, you will support the wider recruitment process and be a part of a thriving, ambitious and collaborative recruitment team. Ideally, you will have previous experience within recruitment, but experience within a sales or customer service environment, such as retail or hospitality, would equally be considered.
Job Role:
- Carry out informed, efficient searches via multiple job boards
- Compose engaging adverts for current vacancies
- Effective reviewing and shortlisting of applications and candidates
- Qualifying and gaining an understanding of the candidate
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Ensure outstanding candidate relationship management
- Ensure administration, compliance and records are kept up to date and completed in a timely manner
- Managing client accounts
