We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join one of our longstanding Schools, on a long term basis. You will be delivering the curriculum to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and create engaging lessons in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality RE lessons in line with the Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum.
- Provide clear, engaging, and structured lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Mark and provide feedback on student work in a timely and constructive manner.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing support and intervention where needed to ensure students reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards and share best practices.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and support their personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching Religious Education at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge with a passion for RE and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
