Our Guest Service Assistant Front of House will be responsible for providing a warm welcome for our guests with an efficient check in/check out and everything in between. You will ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues work collaboratively safely at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role. An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact on our guest experience. The role is hands-on for someone who is flexible and would enjoy supporting in other areas as required to ensure a wonderful stay.
The Guest Service Assistant will ideally be experienced in Reception; however, if you have the drive and passion to develop, we will help you grow skills and knowledge in Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping. The role will report to the Guest Service Manager Front of House and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstrable experience in customer service. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career and have a commitment to development and training.
