Job Purpose The purpose of the role is to serve as the primary point of contact at Tilbury for all Genesis admin and operational inquiries, while maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves managing the ordering and distribution of parts to meet distribution requirements, ensuring parts stock levels are controlled to minimise surplus stock holding, and arranging and managing DTC deliveries. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for administrating the processes for cars imported and processed through the Tilbury operation, providing administration support to other departments regarding services carried out by the Import Centre, working closely with the national delivery contractor to facilitate car distribution, and ensuring that SAP is accurately updated.
