Are you an experienced finance professional ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance reporting at a pivotal time.
The Role
You’ll drive financial transformation, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making. Leading a team of two analysts, you’ll deliver insightful financial analysis to ExCo, the Board, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management reporting for ExCo, Board, and stakeholders.
- Manage cashflow forecasting and the cost efficiency programme.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to drive insightful performance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Develop self-service financial reporting, leveraging Power BI.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial narratives.
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.
What We’re Looking For
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in FP&A, performance reporting, and financial planning.
- Proven ability to engage and influence at Executive and Board level.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (SAP FPT experience desirable).
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)
