THE POSITION: We're looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring that service is smooth, efficient, and of the highest standard. You'll lead by example, inspiring and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service. While experience in a Rosette-standard restaurant is preferable, it is not required. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive as part of a dynamic team.
