They are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Cover Supervisor to join their staff and help maintain a positive learning environment. Your new role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school by covering lessons for absent teachers. Your main responsibilities will include: Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students stay on task. Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
