Balkerne Gardens Trust is a not-for-profit organisation which strives to provide excellent care, support and accommodation to meet the needs of older people in the local area. We are looking to recruit a full time Cook (38.5 hours per week).
- Prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals
- Cater for resident's personal nutritional needs and dietary requirements
- Support and manage kitchen staff
- Understanding of CoSHH and HACCP regulations
- Place orders and take control of deliveries, storing and labelling in accordance with food safety regulations
- Meet new residents and complete nutritional assessment
