We are looking for a proactive and organised Compliance / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue providing outstanding recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consultants with daily administrative tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
- Manage and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate records.
- Monitoring Rights to Work and DBS checks for existing candidates to ensure validity.
- Source and register candidates using various search engines.
- Assist with the booking of temporary shifts and timesheet management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
