First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking a Welder/Fabricator for their client based in Oakham who specialise in manufacturing of agricultural machinery. This is a Dayshift position paying Β£14/hr.

The successful applicant will be working on a wide range of fabrications from small components to large, complicated chassis and frameworks. The role will include:

  • Preparing Aluminium, mild steel and welding to high standards.
  • Fabricating and MIG/TIG welding components of varying size and complexity.
  • Preparing finishing fabrications for shot blast and paint - grinding, sanding and de splattering.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
