Role Overview: The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager and the management team in implementing effective HR practices that align with our company’s strategy and objectives. This role is crucial in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance on various employee relations issues and assist with disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Performance Appraisal Oversight: Manage a performance appraisal system to promote high performance and development.
- Wellbeing Initiatives: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and mental health.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum A Level / Level 3.

- Proven working experience in a HR Advisor role.
